6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours: we will immediately process and cancel your order.
Orders over 48 hours: we recommend waiting for delivery and following our return process to obtain a refund.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 1–3 business days and returned via the original payment method.

7. Returns and Refunds
Return Period: Within 30 days from delivery.

Product has appearance defects
Product has quality issues
Product has odor or significant color differences
Product does not match order
