Delivery Coverage: Australia only; orders outside Australia are not supported.
Shipping Fees: Orders up to and including 160 AUD incur 11.99 AUD shipping. Orders over 160 AUD receive free shipping.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 5–11 business days.
Carrier: UPS
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are processed same-day; after 6:00 PM or on non-working days, processing begins next business day.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours: we will immediately process and cancel your order.
Orders over 48 hours: we recommend waiting for delivery and following our return process to obtain a refund.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 1–3 business days and returned via the original payment method.

7. Returns and Refunds
Return Period: Within 30 days from delivery.
Conditions:
Product has appearance defects
Product has quality issues
Product has odor or significant color differences
Product does not match order
Return without specific reason
Return Process:
Contact us via email or phone with order number, payment proof, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return address.
Return the product to the designated address and wait for confirmation.
Upon inspection approval, a refund will be arranged.
Exchange Process:

If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return the item and wait for confirmation.
New item will be shipped within 1–3 business days after inspection.
Return Label: A return label will be provided upon request approval, in accordance with safe handling policies.
Refund Process: After confirmed return, refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.

Returns without reason: shipping cost covered by the customer.
