This shopping guide is designed to help you navigate our online store, Verdanilia (hereinafter referred to as “we”), from browsing products to completing orders, payments, shipping, and returns. Our store is committed to providing a smooth and secure shopping experience for all customers.

Browsing and Selecting Products

  1. Visit our online store and browse the product categories.

  2. Select your desired items by choosing the available options such as quantity and any applicable variations.

  3. Add the selected items to your shopping cart.

  4. Review your shopping cart to ensure all items are correct before proceeding to checkout.

Checkout Process

  1. Click on the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page.

  2. Enter your shipping address and contact information accurately.

  3. Review the order summary to confirm all details.

  4. Proceed to payment to complete your order.

Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards.

Payment process:

  1. Select your preferred card payment option at checkout.

  2. Enter your card and billing information accurately.

  3. Confirm your order and submit payment.

  4. You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is successfully authorized.

Payments must be completed in full before an order can be processed. If payment fails, the order will not be completed.

Shipping Information

Delivery area: Australia only. Orders outside Australia are not supported.

Shipping fees:

  • Orders over 160 AUD receive free shipping.

  • Orders up to and including 160 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of 11.99 AUD.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed the next business day.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Carrier: UPS

Order tracking: After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier. You can check your order status on the “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number and your order number.

Responsibility:

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect delivery information.

  • Claims for damaged or lost products will be handled according to UPS policies.

  • Requests for shipping modifications or cancellations must be made promptly.

Delivery notice:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • Inspect the package upon arrival and report any visible damage immediately.

Returns and Exchanges

Return period: 30 days from delivery.

Return conditions:

  • Product has visible damage or quality issues

  • Product has odor or significant color differences

  • Received item does not match the order

  • Return requested without a specific reason

Return process:

  1. Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos.

  2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide a return address.

  3. Send the item to the specified address and wait for confirmation of receipt.

  4. Once inspected and approved, a refund will be arranged.

Exchange process:

  1. Contact our customer service with your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos.

  2. Our team will approve the request and provide a return address.

  3. Return the item and wait for receipt confirmation.

  4. A replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days after inspection approval.

Shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to product damage, quality issues, or incorrect items, the return shipping is covered by us.

  • For returns without a specific reason, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation conditions:

  • Orders not yet shipped within 48 hours may be canceled.

  • Orders over 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled; you may request a return after delivery.

Cancellation process:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number and payment proof.

  2. Our team will review and notify you of approval.

  3. Once approved, your refund will be arranged according to the payment method.
